I was going to reduce the voltage to the On and HDD lights. However just used a couple of layers of the brown translucent packing tape. This works perfectly, reducing the intensity of the lights to an acceptable level.
I changed the pins in the Molex plug around so the Thermaltake Cyclo HDD fan is only getting 5 volts, otherwise it was too noisy.
