MythTV based on Ubuntu with XBMC added. Basically it is a fully setup Linux system with all of the necessary script changes and sudoers authorities completed. So with minimal setup requirements the user will have an excellent HTPC based on Ubuntu 10.04.
What's New in This Release:

I have noticed that when exiting MythTV to return to the MythWelcome screen, using the remote, it is necessary to use the right arrow key after selecting Yes, Exit now. May be necessary to complete this procedure twice for it to work. Using the OK button causes it to loop back to the main menu.
With the amd64 version I have observed two problems and will look further into why these are happening,
1. MythWelcome screen suddenly displayed that it was locked. Solution, access MythWelcome Settings screen by pressing i on keyboard or remote, pause, and then press enter to return to MythWelcome, now allows unlocking of the MythWelcome screen.
2. When stopping and restarting EeeMC can no longer toggle between XBMC and MythWelcome. Solution, install driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-195.36.31.
1. Make sure you have allocated a root password.
2. Restart your system and access Recovery Mode by holding down the Shift key.
3. Access Recovery Menu > Netroot and enter your root password when prompted.
4. Enter telinit 3, and login as root.
5. Enter cd /home/user/Downloads
user will be your user name.
6. Enter sudo sh ./N
When you enter the N press the tab key and the system will enter the full driver name. This depends on you not having deleted the driver from the Downloads folder. It may be necessary to download the driver, as I have not been doing this, for all versions.
7. Enter reboot

I have uploaded a new i386 version as at 28/06/2010. This version has all the latest Ubuntu and MythTV updates. The latest Ubuntu updates have solved the startup lag problem and seems to be running very smoothly. I have found with my AMD HTPC, running MythTV .24, that the picture quality on my best channels must be close to Bluray in quality, very impressive. It is either MythTV .24, or my new ECS, G210, graphics card.
